I just found out that the great comedic actor Leslie Nielson has died. I almost couldn't believe it, he was such a huge influence on my view of comedy films. He was mostly known for his his performance in The Naked Gun movies and Airplane 1, but he used to star in more serious films. One of these films being Forbidden Planet, a sci-fi classic.
He will be greatly missed.
